Your meat is packed by the butcher in an airtight plastic bag, boxed and kept frozen through delivery. When you pick up your order, you will need to defrost it in your fridge.

Invoice Process

Some of our cuts of meat are charged by the kilogram and thus will vary in weight from piece to piece. After placing your order you will be emailed an invoice with a price showing the true cost. A link to PayPal will appear in the email. After paying your invoice you will be notified when your order will be available for pick up at your chosen location.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. You can pay online with PayPal on our secure site. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to use this service.

Pick up and Delivery

We have two pick up locations in QC. One in Montreal and the other in the Outaouais. Please see the Order Options page for exact locations. For orders over $150 we can deliver it to you within the Montreal downtown area. For orders outside of Montreal, please contact us in advance to see if we are able to ship to you. Customers are responsible for accurate and essential information necessary to ensure pick-up and delivery and are also responsible for any errors and omissions on the order form. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.

Delivery times will be agreed with you at the time of placing your order. We make every effort to deliver your goods at the agreed time, but are unable to give a specific time of delivery due to circumstances beyond our control like traffic conditions, weather or courier delivery load, etc.


If for some reason a customer is unhappy with their meat delivery Cerf de Boileau must be notified within 6 hours of delivery and every reasonable effort will be made to satisfy the customer.


If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will attempt to deliver substitute lines with prior agreement of the customer.


We respect the importance of your privacy. Our privacy policy ensures that the personal information you provide to us, will be handled with care, discretion and respect.
We treat your personal information as we would treat our own. Cerf de Boileau collects only the information that is relevant and necessary to manage our relationship with you. We limit the collection and use of personal information which is necessary only for valid business purposes or to comply with the law.
